VIRTUAL MEETINGS ON ZOOM
Currently, we view virtual meetings on Zoom as atypical; however, we will continue to use this mode of communication until the Covid-19 virus is no longer a threat.
The Chair will send out a notice of an upcoming meeting to all known interested parties. If you wish to attend, contact Karen (see below) to register. Approximately 2-3 days prior to the meeting and she will follow-up by sending you an email showing the required Zoom Meeting #, Password, and Website link.
All three items are required for access to the meeting; however, having Zoom software on your communication device is not.
